What's on my workdesk today

 Here are some books and a little box all ready to go.    I was asked to do them  for the teachers at the school where I revamped the head's office.  Ive also got 20 folder covers to do for the children on the eco committee.

These are two beaded bracelets I made yesterday at a bead workshop in Todmorden.  I made them to go with my skirts.  They are done in silver wire wrapping the wire in a herringbone style around the beads.

What's on my workdesk today

What's on my workdesk today .....

 Well I did my last bit in the revamp of the Head's office so I've not been at my desk and thought you might like to see the final bit.

The school is back in action now and the comments have been great.  They had a meeting in the room yesterday and everyone said what a wonderful room to work in.  What made me laugh while I was putting up these canvasses was the amount of people that kept popping in asking to work at the table they use for meetings.  I also helped to rejig the reception area while I was there.  They were amazed at how just moving things about a bit, changing picture frames and decluttering can make such a difference.

Wish I could apply that to my house some days haha !

What Postman John brought and other things.....

 Thank you Postman John (he reads my blog) for bringing me lots of bits and pieces that are to go with lots of other bits and pieces for different events.. ... Scarecrow Festival, Birthday, Cardmaking workshops...

Thanks also to Anne for sending us a DVD of how to use the die cutter she so generously gave our little craft group.

 Forgot to show you the beautiful flowers from Philip and the wonderful

 (make you cry type) birthday card.

Here's Brian putting up the vibrant wallpaper in the Head Teacher's office.  Today we should start putting things back into place.

Some of the accessories I will be using to give it its finishing touches.  I feel like Lawrence Llwelyn Bowen, well more Lynda Barker I suppose.

Lastly has anyone got the name of the supplier in the UK for this jam jar diecut please.

As you know I am still working on revamping the head teachers office in a school in Castleton, Lancashire so I thought I would give you an update.

The furniture is ordered, the decorater booked, i've started getting the accessories together and I am working on some canvasses now.  Here's a sneak preview of one of them

Whats on my workdesk today

First up is a piece of the revised wallpaper sample for the Head Teachers office revamp.

Then a first draft of the mural I am doing on one wall.

Some books and bags screaming out for the Doodlies to jump onto them
