| Hello |
I’ve been thinking about the latest prompt ……. STORY
 |
Some of you may have already read my waffling in Member Chat. |
The thing is I’ve been hiding away a lot this year and now I
think I’ve found a quiet way to pop my head around the door
while I get back to being me.
So rather than posting on Instagram or directly on Podia,
I’ve decided to write blog posts. I can waffle to my hearts
content and add lots of lovely images.

It was my birthday last week |
 |
And as you know I am fond of them. |
 |
Look at the lovely Liberty handkerchiefs from my sister, alongside the Gees Bend book from my niece. I’m looking forward to curling up with a cuppa with that one. |

My talented friend Maria from Ulverston made this gorgeous wreath with the flowers grown, picked and dried from her garden.
We’ve been to the wedding of a young lady that used to live next door. Her dress is from Vinted, cost £40 and is 50 years old. Only Shona could have worn it. She looked beautiful. They had a really cost conscious event. Mainly because they want to spend their hard earned money on their home. No bridesmaids, her own horse and cart took her to the church. We both said it’s the most amazing wedding we’ve ever been to.
Have you spotted her light blue cowboy boots.
I’ve decided to declutter my wardrobe of all the things I don’t wear and no longer fit.
It turned into one of my throwing things together sessions.
This gorgeous blouse came from a designer in Ireland some years ago. The matching full length skirt no longer fastens but I couldn’t bear to part with it. So I’ve layered it up with a Toast pinafore, a Two Danes pinstriped cotton coat and last years Toast pinstripe skirt. Oh yes and my ever faithful Fly London boots.
If you’ve got this far, then I thank you for listening to my rambling, even though it’s not about making anything myself.
Perhaps you’ve just given it a good coat of looking at 😂😂
See you soon Lynn xxx
