Lockdown Diary - Moving forward

I’m coming out of hiding.
Lighter days, warmer weather.
A lovely thoughtful best friend
to help me work through a difficult time.

And now we are off.
The garden tidy up has started.

There’s lots to do so we made sure we had a spot
to stop and sit awhile between busyness.

The craftroom clear up can wait until rain stops play
on outside work.

Hope you’re all having a lovely Easter 🐣
and everyone is safe and sound.

  1. It's lovely to have a bit of sunshine at last isn't it. I feel like I'm echoing the plants in their spring unfurling!

  3. IT'S lovely to have some sunshine and have it lighter in the evenings. We've also been tidying up the garden and I'm looking forward to spending lots of time out there relaxing. Your seating area looks looks really good.

    1. We moved our old wrought iron benches so that we get the sun and visitors can come and have a cuppa.
Not today though as it’s freezing again.
      Happy Easter xx

  4. We've started the garden clear-up as well, and had some lovely weather for it earlier this week. Fortunately, our garden centres are considered essential so that they can remain open during our current semi-lockdown. Beats the charity shops every time in Spring and Summer! Happy Easter, Lynn & Philip! xxx

    1. Thank you. He’s a rescue bear from Witney Bears in Oxford where my sister lives. They have a whole section of bears that need new homes.
