Last Thursday I trundled off with my bag of stuff to our
monthly craft group meeting.
One member, Sheila, had agreed to show us all how to
make these Christmas cards and another more complicated version.
I don't do complicated so stuck to this one.
I am still on with my knitting. The top one is another triangle shawl
and the bottom one is the back of the garter stitch waistcoat I'm working on.
Apart from ramming all these crotchet flowers into this kilner jar
there is nothing else to see on my desk. No I haven't made them
before you ask haha.
So I will bid you all a creative and happy week
in Julia Workdesk land
Love the cards you made. They look tricky enough to me. Pretty little crochet flowers too....now that's something I could make.
ReplyDeleteHave a great week.

Ps Milly had a few night in the kennels while we were away visiting Jan....she gets really spoiled there and comes home shattered lol
Love the Christmas cards and I envy your crochet flowers. I have tried and tried but can't master crochet. It's like double dutch to me, lol.
ReplyDeleteHave a good week

I love the bag you're carrying to your crafty session! Knitting seems to be coming along. I've been doing some more lately - venturing out beyond knit and purl lol

ReplyDeleteA fantastic idea for a Christmas card! I've just started getting interested in stitching cards with 3D bits hanging off. I might have a go at doing a paper tree. Thank you for sharing and have a great week - EmbroidRage #5 x

Christmas cards already. I agree it is good to make in advance. Haven't start your triangle shawl pattern yet, still persevering with my jumper I am knitting. By the way love the bag. #2
