It’s easy to wear summer frocks all year round.
Add thermals or a full length vintage petticoat, thick tights,
a pair of boots and a cardigan
It was just a coincidence that my outfit matched the magazine
that arrived yesterday
The dress is made by British maker Alfie who trades as Scarlet Sometimes.
I have a few of her creations and wear them a lot.

I’m like you Vix I just love to wear colour and if it means having to wear thermals under my frocks, so be it.
DeleteBeen to the opticians today and had three different comments about my outfit, all saying how summery and stylish I looked. I hope it rubs off onto folk.
The lady who runs the textile group I’m in is featured in it. I don’t buy it all the time, just when there’s someone I know in it. My favourite mag at the moment is Reclaim and Period Living. My friend gets one and I get the other. xxx
