What's on my workdesk this week

I thought I better show you what my ladies made on
our Safety Pin & Bead Workshop

They were amazing, as not only did they make
bracelets they went on to make brooches & earrings.
If you fancy having a go try adding a bead between each pin on the elastic thread. It disguises the thread and gives a more professional finish.
Some even managed to fit in Christmas decorations

Even with all the concentration going on we fit in a lot of chuckling
and chatting.
I've got my work cut out now prepping for three Christmas themed workshops
First time for a look round a few desks

  15. Hi Lynn, love the bracelet. I just realised where you live. I used to live in Wigan for a few years and Rossendale was the first place I skied though I have no idea whether the ski slope is still there. It is a beautiful part of the country. Have a great woyww and happy crafting, Angela x 24

    1. Hi Angela
Yes the ski run is still there. We live in Whitworth with lovely views over Healey Dell. The autumn colours are fabulous now. Call for a cuppa if you are ever over this way

  17. Well I'm so impressed with those bracelets and you just wouldn't know how they were made. The red and green one is gorgeous and would be perfect for Christmas! I'm now looking forward to seeing what you'll be doing for Christmas! Thanks for the long distance hug - I definitely needed it! Nothing is directly affecting me several lots of bad news concerning friends and wider family - it's been one heck of a fortnight!
