When friends craft together

A friend came round on Monday she wanted to make a birthday gift and asked if I could help her.

Here’s what she made.
A little tin collage

And here’s the one I’m working on

  3. I love the tin collages, reminds me of a matchbox swap I once did. I adore the little plant pot you have in the bottom corner but what really caught my eye are the two little figures.
You have a little dog ready for yours and there is a little mouse peeping over the top of the tin that your friend did. I would love to know how you made those - they really appeal to me, they are so brightly coloured and so very eye-catching.

  12. Very sweet Lynn, there's a new Tim Holtz Bigz die that I believe creates a frame for the inside of his little tins. There are so many lovely altered things around, these little tins are fab!
