After seeing a blog friends handmade notebook
I started messing about with scraps of paper that
were on my desk and in the waste paper basket.
After cutting them all to size, layering them up
and making a centre fold I punched a series of holes
along the middle line for the binding.
You can see that I’ve used sewing cotton
as a binder.
And there you have it, a little book of scraps to fill with what you will.
The outer cover is a piece of wallpaper.
It looks great!ReplyDelete
You are so clever, Lynn! I love that you even used a paper bag! A scrap book in both senses of the word. xxxReplyDelete

That's so lovely! What a great idea. I might have to make something similar for my travel scribblings! xxxReplyDelete
So many possibilities with these handmade books Lynn, just think of all the things we could use that are ready to hand. Such a great way of recycling those papers all perfectly bound. Thank you for sharing and joining in with the mini album makers challenge.ReplyDelete
