I didn't embroider this beautiful Tapestry,
it was a charity shop find.
What I have done though is attach it to a piece of hessian.
I've added this blue gingham as a backing.
At one point I thought it would make a nice pinny
but in the end I decided on a tote bag.
It needs the bottom bit finishing off and some straps
adding then it's good to go.
Time for a bit of desk hopping over at Julia's place now.
What a lovely thing to find. It does look great as a pinny, but I'm sure you'll work your magic into creating a wonderful tote bag! xxx
