When my lovely next door neighbour Kayleigh asked
if she could borrow my glue gun little did I know
what a creative feast we would see at Halloween.
Along with daughter Evie and son Jack they
made these fantastic head dresses based on
the Mexican "Day of the Dead" theme.
They forgot the Frida Kahlo eyebrows though.
I've got first dibs on those earrings.
Hubby Chris played along as well
And young Jack looked scary with his
skeleton glove and beady eye
Aren't they a fun loving family.
Super neighbours as well.
These pumpkins were made by our friends and
neighbours the Blincoe family.
They are a talented lot on our lane
I'm doing my visits with a mask on today....I don't want to pass this cold on to anyone.
ReplyDeleteThanks for calling round at mine already Lynn. I love the Halloween outfits. The makeup is stunning.
Hugs,

Fantastic fun family. I so love it when I see a family play together, what could be better. Have a great weekend, Angela x
ReplyDeleteFab neighbours make life a whole lot better. They look great in their outfits. This seems to be the year for Day of the Dead. Funny how something captures our collective imagination. I love it, it's such a great look xxx
ReplyDeleteHappy Friday Lynne -wow what great costumes and super to see all the family having fun. Enjoy your weekend Robyn
ReplyDeleteNow that's what I call making an effort! They look utterly incredible. xxx
ReplyDeleteHappy Friday Smile Day....love the great photos you shared. Someone is a real artist in face painting. Always a fun night in our area too. Enjoy a great weekend.
ReplyDeleteAlthough a Lancashire lass, I live in SW France now. The French in our little town have adopted the 'trick or treat' thing over the last couple of years, and of course manage to do it with such style and elan! However, your neighbours' creations are absolutely stunning, rivalling anything I have seen this year.
ReplyDeleteLove your blog which is one of my few 'regulars'.
That is really neat! I don't like Halloween, but these people have made a very special effort and the result is beautiful!
ReplyDeleteYou've got very talented neighbours, they are looking fabulous! xxx
ReplyDeletemore imaginative than the usual costumes from the supermarket! x
ReplyDeleteI love your neighbours outfits and make-up - fantastic! Elizabeth xx
ReplyDeleteThere is a lot of skill in those costumes. I personally don't 'do' halloween, but I admire the handiwork. Kate x
