During my latest Beginners Craft workshop, where my lovely ladies made these gorgeous book vases, I was asked if it would work with a magazine.
Well hey presto yes it does, in a fashion.
You need to use two magazines and join them together.
This will result in a more compact vase.

This sample is only one magazine and definitely needs to be joined to another as the back of the vase does not meet together
What a wonderful birthday you've had. Happy Birthday (or Hippy Birthday, should I say?) from me and I really am amazed at the age you profess to be! Nah!!! Definitely a mirror in the attic, methinks!
