Doodling Mrs Dale's Diary....

Here's a few more upcycled pages in my little book
"Mrs Dale's Friendship Book"
Summer time with Mrs Dale and it's all about garden parties
and fetes so I altered the pages by adding some bunting.
For this Spring poem I've collaged some roses using
Promarkers and then machine stitched on top.
If you missed the weather forecast on the wireless
you'll be needing a brolly during this Summer shower.
The book is so sweet and it's lovely adding little doodles as I go along.

  3. Lynn, thanks for your comment on my little x-stitch hearts today, you made me smile! Also, I'm glad you mentioned the blog roll on the side, because I had not updated mine in ages. I read somewhere that it is a good idea to keep it updated because some blogs stop posting, and indeed, some of mine had. So I removed those, and realized I had never added yours, and I dearly love both of your blogs. I was so happy when you started your stitching blog especially. So now you're on there and I can see your posts faster, and thank for adding me over there. I love this little book you're working on--that bunting is perfect! I'm sending you some sunshine from the Ozarks today. Hugs! Sandy Leigh
