Asked the wandering welder
No said I only the laundrette and the telephone box to ring my sister.
Don’t want to be caught looking like I haven’t made an effort.
Besides I may get taken to some posh restaurant for Sunday lunch.
I’ve even washed my hair for the occasion.
Well you never know who you might meet
wandering from one room to the next.
I might even go to the pictures later
I’ve heard there’s a sci-fi horror film on
and it’s interactive. A real rollercoaster.

I like getting dressed up even if I don’t go out or even if it’s only the school run. What is it with people and going to the shops in jammies??? Lazy if you ask me. Lucky it doesn’t happen in japan.
ReplyDeleteI have to wash my hair every day as it gets greasy and lank . Not nice look. Plus my hair is my baby like my skin. Look after it and it will look after you well into your well who knows? Keep well and safe you two
I won’t even let Philip go out on the lane in his pjs let alone a shop. I think it’s lazy too.
DeleteIt’s funny how everyone’s hair is so different. I’ve always had a good head of hair. I must be treating mine well as at 65 it’s still as good as ever just a bit coarser. Thinking of you and hoping you all stay safe Allie xxx

ReplyDeleteThe style itself was still in and great even after a big comb through but my sensitive scalp had flared up. So no I need to get it settled again so I’ll wash it once a week now and look like worzel gummidges wife xxx

ReplyDeleteI can't imagine a day where I didn't dress up, the though of a day spent in pyjamas horrifies me, its like not brushing your teeth or washing your face and don't get me started on those slobs I've seen popping to the shops in dressing gowns and slippers. A pox on all their houses!

I can’t be doing with folk who go out in dressing gowns and slippers. I won’t even let Philip go out on the lane in his pjs. I bought him some proper ones as he looked such a tramp in his night attire of T-shirt and scruffy bottoms.
DeleteI think really think I want to be in pjs all day as more have a day of gawping out the window and flicking through magazines and books. I’m a bit of a fidget like you and tend to flit about all day.
I’m giving it a whirl this afternoon after my zoom Pilates. I won’t be wearing pjs though haha xxx
