There’s not a lot we can do about the bad weather
other than make the most of our time
I’ve been doing lots of tidying and stitching
Stay warm everyone
Wear lots of layers. Or you could always grab yourself a sheep off the lane and make yourself a fleece
Oh, my, it seems you're a lot worse off than we are! At least we've been spared of snow, but the temperature and accompanying stinging wind are arctic. Not much fun going outside, but I have to, unfortunately. Keep warm, my friend, but I'm begging you to let that sheep keep its fleece! xxx
ReplyDeleteCreative people don't have a mess, they have ideas lying around everywhere. I like that! I also like your pretty stitches:)
ReplyDeleteStay warm.
Connie :)
Stay warm and cozy. Drinking hot chocolate sounds like a fun activity to add to your stitching and tidying!
ReplyDeleteBlessings, Betsy
"Buttons and patches and the cold wind blowing. The days pass quickly when I am sewing." I love your stitching!
ReplyDeleteStay warm Lynn, make that your mantra for the day/week (hopefully not a week). I too have been hit by the tidy bug although you wouldn't know it to look around..
ReplyDeleteHugs, Neet xx
You're dead right, all we can do is light the fire, shut the curtains and get on with stuff. I'm so happy I'm self-employed, my poor employed friends have had a nightmare of a week getting to and from work.
ReplyDeleteLove your pretty makes and your lovely layering. I'm going to crack on with a bit of crochet when I've caught up on blog reading and keeping my fingers crossed that the snow melts enough to get to the vintage fair on Sunday! xxx
it's been crazy hasn't it! I have been walking, baking and stitching.....not a lot of cleaning or ironing! xx
