On my desk this week are these pen nibs that one of my vintage trader friends thought I might be able to create something with.
Also this Art Deco frame that I picked up on Sunday. I'm putting this photo in of our lovely friends.
I'm hoping to get back into some form of creative work by next week. I'm still having to do my blog from my phone as I can't get the pics to load onto my PC.
Visiting early today for a change - was awake at silly time so sitting enjoying peace and quiet with my coffee and biscuit! Ha - I remember using nibs like that!! Your frame is lovely - what a find. x Jo
ReplyDeletethose nibs are fabulous, ideal for mixed media work never mind using them on a project as embellishments. lucky you! Helen #2

I like the pattern you've made with the nibs..very abstract! And the frame was a real find, such an iconic shape :-). Hope you have some time to craft this week (and that your PC plays ball too!)

Hi Lynn. I too have been having computer problems....all my business docs were created using Microsoft Publisher on our main computer but it refused to stay on for more than a few seconds this week so I tried to use the lap top to print off my new business cards taken off a memory stick but alas we don't have publisher on the lap top! Hence the new design of cards and a speedy order for a publisher programme for the lap top! These things really are brilliant....when they work!!! aren't they?
ReplyDeleteHave a great week.

Those nibs do look like they've got potential, I wonder who the trader was. I'm missing the Stockport gang.

I hear ya Lynn! I'm planning to buy myself a nice big new desktop this year. I've never even tried to do my blog from my phone...hmmm. The pen nibs for your stash should be interesting! Have a good week. Sandy Leigh #27
