I ordered these rolls of Washi Tape and ribbon from
and got these wooden buttons free. I think I might put some of the small ones on a cardigan that could do with an update.
Do you remember the young lady Moya who I met at the Vintage Village at Stockport last week, she donates her takings to a cancer charity in memory of her dad and the fact she has had cancer herself ?
Well she made me this necklace and sent it in this beautiful bag.
You can contact MOYA at : buttonfairies@gmail.com
I'm well on with my Christmas shopping this year after meeting such fantastic crafters both at events and on the net. Keep an eye open for what else I've seen.
Hi Lynn, I like your Postie, he always delivers such yummy things. I haven't figured out what to do with washi tape yet but your colours are lovely and love the ribbon too. Those buttons are the in thing at the moment. Moya's necklace is lovely and the bag is so pretty.......... Crafty hugs, Anne x
ReplyDeleteHe brought us a new spacer for the die cutter as well. Couldn't get one at the craft event. Philip said he has got the same thing in his workshop so if you need any new ones let me know xx
DeleteLove the washi tape Lynn and gorgeous freebie buttons too, wow! Like Ann,I don't know what to do with washi tape either, except for making parcels pretty that is ;0)
ReplyDeleteHow kind of Moya to send you such a pretty gift. Does she have a website Lynn? Hope everyone is having a great weekend :0) xx
No Moya doesn't have a website sadly but if you wanted to order a necklace from her you could email her with your colours. They are £12 +pp
DeleteHi Lynn,
ReplyDeleteI haven't gotten into washi tape...... yet. The buttons that you got FREE are absolutely adorable! What a score! The button necklace you received from your friend (and the packaging and card) are great! Thanks for sharing her website with us.
I wanted you to know that I published a post about the owl fabric and button that you so kindly sent to me. I must apologize that it's taken me so long to do this. I found a potholder pattern and the fabric IS perfect for it. I thought I'd sew one before doing the post but I haven't gotten around to it yet. I hope you pop on over.
Hugs,
Kay
