I came across this monthly challenge under the banner
LETS GET SHABBY
They are a team of designers from all over the world who create different craft challenges.
Currently celebrating the 3rd year of their blog they are inviting readers to look at past projects, choose one they like and have a go.
The challenge i took up was previously created by MANDY and was
Challenge 17 (click to see original challenge results) from October 2010.
Create a piece using items from your sewing box. There must be at least 3 sewing box treasures in your project and one of them must be pins.
This is the piece I came up with then framed.
Take a look in the Craft Room of the Doodly Bird Store to see the Bags of Treasure if you need some inspiration or materials for the challenge.
Lynn this is wonderful!! A fabulous display of darling sewing treasures :)...so glad to see you playing along with us at Lets get Shabby :)
