Inanimate things should nOt have nor have the appearance of life. I love dolls - indeed I have some BEautiful china dolls...but show me that AWful film 'Chucky' and you won't see me for dust, lol. And I'm sorry to say that this chap, to me, has the 'appearance of life'. What a cowardy custard I am. lol; yet I'm not squeamish in the slightest. I think I probably have an 'over-active' imagination - wish it would be over-active in my craft, haha.<br />I too, love him in the drawn stage, I'd have him in my house no problem, haha. I think it's a great festival idea and gets the 'whole' town involved in a very fun event. There were some crackers last year, I'm looking forward to seeing the pictures from this year. Hope it's not still raining there Lynn and you have a weekend full of fun :0) xxTwinkleToes2dayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07848604298196551253noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4238485740741691.post-33227451157939331042012-08-25T08:24:02.061+01:002012-08-25T08:24:02.061+01:00Hi Lynn, methinks you protesteth too much...he may...Hi Lynn, methinks you protesteth too much...he may not be as lovely as the hand drawn Doodly but he is a fair representation in my humble opinion and perfect for the scarecrow event, although he might scare a few birds away!
