Friday Smiles .......

Now since I packed the welder off to Harlow
earlier in the week

all I've done is fiff and faff about daydreaming

and doodling.

So I have'nt got time to mess about on here now

as I have got to get down to the shops for his tea
and make myself beautiful before he gets home.

Have a good weekend
xx Lynn xx

    1. They did Elizabeth, I remember my mum wearing them but they usually had a scarf on. Not like today the young ones just have mahoosive rollers, pyjamas and ugg boots. Yuck !
Have a good weekend yourself xx

  4. How lovely. A few days of just 'fiffing and faffing'. I did smile, just imagining the faces if anyone walked around the supermarket in their curlers here. (The old Spanish ladies think nothing of walking down the road in their fleece dressing gowns, but I've not seen one with rollers in!). Kate x

  5. Like Angela, I had a coughing fit, I laughed so much! I remember mrs Bouqué AKA Hyacinth Bucket.
Fiffin' and faffin' that's what I have done apart from sleep (I've got a stinking cold).
    Have a great weekend,
    Lisca

  6. Love it! Made my morning (Mr R is probably wondering what I'm smiling about--probably thinks I'm daft!)
    Have a wonderful week!

  7. Loved this post, Lynn, and I love a bit of "fiffing and faffing" as well. I just wish I had some more time for it. I wouldn't go shopping in curlers, though, my hair is far too short for curlers ... ;-)
