OUR VINTAGE HABIT

We had another great day at the Vintage Village at Stockport this month
with a last chance to wear our summer clobber
before turning our attention to autumn winter outfits.
Vix looking as gorgeous as ever in her pyschedelic frock www.vintagevixon.blogspot.com
and me sporting my £3 handbag from Pat & Matthew of Vintage Affair.
Straight after we escaped to the caravan for a week and I took the £10 Welsh Wool Tapestry pinafore with me that I picked up at the Manchester Vintage Fashion and Textile Fair.
I teamed it up with this lovely Welsh Wool car coat I picked up at Stockport a couple of month ago.
I found this 1960's standard lamp in a local charity shop in Milnthorpe,Cumbria for £25 and its in perfect condition.  Our friends Jan and Mark have been looking for one for ages.

  1. Loving the Welsh Tapestry, you gorgeous lady! I had that same coat and stupidly sold it. The colours are so vivid.
Great lamp, we inherited Jon's Mum's and spray painted it pink. I bet Jan and Mark are really pleased to have such an eagle-eyed friend. xxx
