WHAT'S ON MY WORKDESK TODAY......

Not a lot really.  I finished the keyrings for end of year leaving presents.
At Sunnybank Day Centre Craft Club we made these lovely mice bookmarks
But in the garden there is a lot going on and I keep going out for a look.
Isn't this beautiful, its just appeared from nowhere.
I have started my new online course
and will be posting about that on my

There is sure to be lots happening on other peoples desks over here

  4. Those mice are a great idea, and don't look too difficult to make (for students with learning difficulties I mean!). I love the flower - your close-up of it is beautiful - it looks like it's made of daisy stitches and french knots!

  5. Hi Lynn, love the key rings and the mice are so sweet! David grows Aliums in our garden and there do seem to be more each year, perhaps that came from a neighbour's garden? Wherever it came from, it looks gorgeous. Happy WOYWW, Hugs, Anne x #51

  8. Now that is really interesting - I have two alliums in my garden which appeared out of nowhere this year. I planted three last year but these have appeared somewhere I would NEVER have planted them - thought I must me going mad, but NO there IS and allium fairy going round garden bombing - thank goodness that's cleared up that little mystery!MMx #70

  20. lovely cute makes Lynn, and your flowers are a spectacular treat. I was thinking of you when DD1 told me about a textile exhibition at Yorkshire Sculpture park... the artist is Yinka Shonibare http://www.yinkashonibarembe.com/home/. Apparently it's spectacular. You are closer to it than us so it might be worth a trip to check it out. It's on until Sept, she said.
