WHAT'S ON MY WORKDESK TODAY......

I am doing an a one year online art class called 21 Secrets where 21 teachers each hold a class on different art projects.
This one was called DOODLING YOUR WAY by Cathy Bluteau.
As I am currently doing a lot of stitchwork I decided to introduce it into this piece.

First of all I photocopied three different fabric pieces onto copier paper, then I used them for collage.
 .
Next I added white & gold acrylic paint then machine stitched the whole piece.
I added more paint and pin pricked different areas.
I will be putting a mount around it before adding a frame.
This is the reverse.

Don't forget to have a look round some more desks here.

    1. I am the queen of never doing what I should. Plus for me this week is that the hubby is working away for 8 days so I can leave everything out all over the house, no teas to make and I am up to date with the office work (sort of). Pity he couldn't take the dog with him(joking)
