A WALK ON THE MOORS

It has been nice to get out and about, roaming the moors of Whitworth in the Rossendale Valley, Lancashire where I live.

This is Kikki she has been with us for five months now.  We adopted her from the Papillon Rescue run by a wonderful lady called Deb Gornall.  Its a self funding organisation and very active, I am amazed how many dogs are rescued by them.  We were only allowed to have Kikki after a thorough check on who lived in our household, where we lived, what type of lifestyle she would have and a letter of recommendation from our vets to say that we were suitable to adopt her.
As you can see she has settled in
and loves nothing better than running about on the moors
Followed by a nap

  9. What a wonderful place to live - and Kiki looks like she's really enjoying every aspect of her life - she's just adorable! I hope you put her hair out for the birds nest-building activities when you brush her - there will be some 5 star, maximum tog rated nests around your area judging by all that fluff!!!
