Whats on my workdesk today......

 Do you remember the beads I bought in St. Ives, well here is what I made.  It is a silver plated herringbone bracelet for my lovely friend Gemma's birthday.

The two workshops I attended on how to make them have proved more than worthwhile. Beadz at Todmorden (link)
I'm thinking Christmas presents here !
These are some of the samples I managed to do at the machine embroidery workshop before my machine broke down.

  3. You are doing really well Lynn with your machine embroidery... when are the doodly birds getting the needle. That's my forte... I studied textiles/embroidery originally in my creative life. The bracelets would certainly make great gifts and would sell well too.
    I'm really looking forward to all the fun to come... the crop first then the lino cuts!
