What's on my workdesk today

Here are some books and a little box all ready to go.    I was asked to do them  for the teachers at the school where I revamped the head's office.  Ive also got 20 folder covers to do for the children on the eco committee.
These are two beaded bracelets I made yesterday at a bead workshop in Todmorden.  I made them to go with my skirts.  They are done in silver wire wrapping the wire in a herringbone style around the beads.
Check out Brenda's website for other workshops and supplies

On holiday in St. Ives next week but hoping to still link up.
Enjoy some more desks here

  2. I was away from my desk last week and couldn't leave any comments so I'm trying to get around as many of my blogging friends today.

  17. Love those bracelets! I think maybe I should go on a couple of courses rather than just muddling my way through like I normally do! The colours are perfect to go with your skirts. I tell you what, making my own jewellery has spoiled me for buying stuff in the shops - I was looking at a beaded bracelet in Monsoon that was £12.99 - the wherewithal to make it would probably have cost no more than 70p or so!!! Can you tell I'm a cheapskate :)
