What's a Zentangle I said.....

When my blog friend Mo Allan said she was doing a Zentangle for the Artists Playroom
I had'nt a clue what she meant.
Apparently it is a structured contained doodle.

Here is a great link to help you understand and get started if you want a go

I found this link on Pinterest  for the stitchers amongst us
Zentangle for embroidery

and here is my first attempt at this art form.
It will be submitted to this weeks Artists Playroom.
Link across to see some really stunning pieces.

  7. Heh Lynn - I too have been investigating Zentangle. I bought the Kit but truly it was a waste of money - there is a site on the web where you can learn all about it. I like the concept but I think someone is making money on it :)

You've done a great job Lynn. I love to do them and find them very relaxing...I really need to revisit an earlier design that's sitting waiting for me ~ it's been quite a week and 'tangling will give me some quality creative timeout!
Have a wonderful weekend. Apologies for being so late visiting your place and thanks for popping over to mine! :D
