Why am I never doing what I should...

Why am I never doing what I am supposed to be doing ?
I've been watching this Sunday Postcard Art Challenge for a while and could'nt quite understand how it worked.  I think you do it this way..... Make a piece of art on a postcard 6 x 4 using the theme for the week.  Post it on your blog, then link it to the challenge via the comments box on sundaypostcardart.wordpress.com
This week the theme is CHILDHOODSo here am I aged "very young".
I've handstitched the wooden heart on to the photograph that I copied and then aged it by ripping the edges and colouring with cold tea.  Then as you can see I've machine stitched the picture onto the postcard and zigzag stitched a piece of ribbon to it.
My Mum is a very lively young 80 years old this year, so I've framed it to give on her birthday.
Thats me at the back, my friend Alison, then my brother John and finally Alison's brother Mark in our back garden.

Now I really must go and do what I am supposed to be doing.
I've got orders, I am happy to say, stacking up from my Doodly Bird Store.
