  4. Lynn, what fabulous red and white invitations1 Very striking and beautiful! I hope you'll show us when they are finished.

Thanks for your nice comment on my blog. I don't feel At All clever I'm afraid - more like hair tearing most of the time - I have had loads of help from a couple of friends to get my new blog background to the stage it's now at, and it still isn't quite right... the most fun part was the actual designing, but getting blogger to work with it was another matter grrrr!!

    Happy WOYWW,

  27. Hello there just found your blog - love the birds and thank you telling me about Button Floozies - what bliss.
I have just spent the last 4 evenings looking on the internet for a nice site in the Lakes to either buy a static on site or find a seasonal pitch for a tourer. Can I be really cheeky and ask if you can recommend one to me?

  29. Hello i sent a rambling message via email but don't know if you received it. Briefly it was to say that the site we are on at Ayside near Grange Over Sands, Cartmel & the bottom end of Windermere is a family run quiet site set in trees and caters for tourers and statics. There is a pub nearby with great food. The site is Whitestone Caravan Park, Ayside and is owned by Sid, Noreen & their son Iain.
Good luck, let me know how you go on. Mention our name Lynn & Philip Holland
